• Salary: In accordance with the established BEA Salary Guide, based on education level and experience, currently ranging from $59,076 (BA Step 1) - $97,316 (MA+30, Step 19) - adjusted for part time hours
• Certification: Reading Specialist NJ certification with endorsement code 3310

Orton Gillingham or Wilson Training preferred

• Benefit Days: 1 sick day per month worked, Family Illness and Personal Days prorated per contract
