Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution for embedded software and systems development projects. This position is expected to be a part-time role, at 24 hours per week. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This is an opportunity to drive delivery of complex technical products in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets across the software development lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, controls, and quality, to ensure aligned execution.
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; drive timely mitigation and resolution.
Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications, including reporting to leadership.
Manage project scope and change control, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
Maintain project documentation, metrics, and dashboards to support transparency and decision-making.

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2%2B years of experience managing technical or software development projects.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other structured project management methodologies.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management and tracking tools such as MS Project, or similar.
