15–30 hours per week: Prefer weekday afternoons plus one weekend day

At The Little Gym of Vancouver, our Preschool Instructors don’t just run classes—they create the kind of early childhood experiences kids carry with them as core memories. We build confidence, independence, and “I did it myself” moments.
And yes… a lot of giggles.
What You’ll Do
- Lead high-energy, structured classes for preschool-aged children (3–5 years)
- Turn our weekly lesson plans into playful, engaging experiences kids can’t wait to come back to
- Confidently manage group behavior, activity transitions, and short attention spans
- Use your voice, presence, and personality to keep kids focused, moving, and having fun
- Create a space where kids feel safe when they try, fail, and try again
- Connect with parents in a way that builds trust and excitement about their child’s progress
- Track and communicate student progress with professionalism to parents and peers
- Perform daily disinfecting and deep cleaning duties to keep our facility germ-free and looking fresh.
