• Reports to the Plant Manager
• This position will work alongside the current planning/scheduling and dispatching personnels to accomplish the following:
Independent Judgement and Discretion:
Shall keep a log of all communications between the customer, erector and hauling that will influence the success of the projects
Will work under different work environments in and out in the plant, visit job sites if required
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Maintain contact with drivers to relay pickup/delivery details roadside issues
Work with Coreslab field representatives and erectors to foster smooth daily delivery of trucks
Create and maintain records of shipments, update logs and process invoices or rate confirmation
Coordinate freight movement, schedules routes and act as the main communication link between truck driver’s shippers and customers
Professional Responsibilities
• Manages multiple projects through various stages of completion.
• Daily responsibility of ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Has authority and responsibility to suggest, recommend and implement any possible improvements in the production priorities.
• Keeps internal and external customers informed on activities that impact performance and success of all active jobs and signed contracts
Background Requirements:
Production and Manufacturing Process knowledge, Construction Experience, Capable of understanding plans, Material and Planning Requirement, Inventory Control
Position can become a full-time position in the planning and scheduling and or dispatcher.
NOTE: This position also performs all other duties as required by management. During busy periods, Coreslab may require employees to work extended hours. Overtime is considered a condition of employment at the time of need. Refusal to accept it when reasonable notice has been given is cause for disciplinary action including termination.
