We train you and provide all gear.Start: As soon as possibleTHE JOBOne job, two kinds of work, steady hours all year.Pest control (year round): Treat homes and yards for mosquitoes, ants, roaches, spiders and other pests on a regular service route. We'll train you and help you get registered with the Texas Department of Agriculture.Christmas lights (October through January): Work on a small crew hanging lights on rooflines, trees and bushes, then take them down and store them in January.Permanent lighting (year round): Help install LED lighting that stays up all year, plus the occasional repair.It's active outdoor work. You'll be on ladders and roofs during lighting season, and we'll train you on ladder and roof safety before you ever go up.YOU'RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Are comfortable on ladders and roofs (required)
- Can carry equipment and wear a backpack sprayer for a full shift
- Don't mind working outside in Texas heat and winter weather
- Show up on time and take pride in careful, neat work
- Can talk politely with homeowners
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience in landscaping, lawn care, roofing, painting, pest control, HVAC, delivery or gig work helps but isn't required.WHAT YOU GET
