    Our growing family law firm is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Paralegal / Office Manager to support our attorneys and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with family law experience who wants meaningful work on a part-time schedule.

    Key Responsibilities

    Case & Court Support

    • Look up, retrieve, and distribute court orders to clients and relevant parties
    • Draft appearances, notices, and basic motions for attorney review
    • Prepare and manage certified copies, courtesy copies, and related filings
    • Coordinate service and tracking of subpoenas
    • Assist with preparation and filing of fee petitions for Guardian Ad Litem matters

    Discovery & Case Management

    • Organize discovery materials and maintain accurate case files
    • Follow up with clients to collect outstanding documents and information
    • Schedule client calls and set attorney meetings

    Office & Systems Management

    • Maintain and update case management via Clio
    • Support general office organization and administrative operations

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience as a paralegal or legal office manager required; family law experience strongly preferred
    • Familiarity with Clio or similar legal practice management software preferred
    • Strong written communication skills, particularly for drafting legal documents
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comfortable managing client communications with professionalism and discretion
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/deadlines

    Schedule & Compensation

    • 20 hours/week
    • Preferred: 4 hours/day (10:00 AM–2:00 PM), Monday–Friday
    • Open to discussing alternate arrangements for the right candidate
    • Compensation: to be determined based on experience
