Are you a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? Synergy Care is seeking a licensed COTA to join our therapy team at The Traditions–Clearfork in Fort Worth, Texas. 

What You'll Do

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will:

• ✔ Implement individualized treatment plans• ✔ Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence• ✔ Document patient progress and treatment outcomes• ✔ Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care• ✔ Help create meaningful and engaging therapy experiences for residents

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program• Current Texas COTA license• NBCOT Certification• CPR Certification (preferred)
