Location: 20116 Ashbrook Place Suite 110 Ashburn, Virginia

Hourly Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 an hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Part-time; Clinic is open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm

 

Join an adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) serving teens and their families in Ashburn, Virginia. We're seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy while supporting treatment planning and discharge coordination. This part-time role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with adolescents in a structured outpatient setting and want flexible supplemental hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents enrolled in an IOP/PHP program.
  • Maintain a focused caseload and collaborate with families to support treatment goals, progress, and discharge planning.
  • Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time.
  • Deliver developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and ensure quality care.
Qualifications:
  • Required: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Required: Active Virginia clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or equivalent independent clinical license recognized by the Virginia Board); experience with adolescents, IOP, PHP, or higher-acuity behavioral health settings preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a residential, IOP, or PHP setting.
  • Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  • Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families.
  • Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
