You will also follow up on outstanding maintenance estimates, answer general questions, and help move approved work forward.Success in this role requires strong organization, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple follow-up activities independently.What You'll DoContact maintenance members to arrange due and upcoming service visitsCoordinate appointment times based on customer preferences and technician availabilityReview membership accounts before scheduling to confirm plan status, contact details, and services owedConnect with customers by phone, email, and textFollow up on canceled or missed appointments and assist with reschedulingReview open maintenance estimates and contact customers regarding questions or next stepsSchedule approved maintenance work and communicate necessary details to the appropriate team membersMaintain organized follow-up lists based on service due dates and the age of open estimatesAccurately document customer conversations, scheduling activity, and contact attemptsRefer technical, pricing, or service concerns to the appropriate team memberProvide professional and helpful service during every customer interactionAssist with other administrative responsibilities as neededWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least one year of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative supportProfessional and confident phone communication skillsStrong written and verbal communicationExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to work independently and follow through on outstanding tasksComfort managing several priorities and customer follow-ups at onceProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar programsDependable and consistent work habitsCustomer-focused attitude and problem-solving approach
