Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in San Jose and Union City.

This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.

Our clinical assistants play a key role in supporting providers and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits• Support patient intake and basic documentation• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards• Assist with equipment setup and patient flow• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

Qualifications

  • 2 years of medical assistant experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Medical Assistant Certification or Registration preferred
  • Experience working with senior populations preferred
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Schedule

  • 2 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday)• Typical hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm• No nights• No weekends
