Position
We are seeking a
Part-Time Math Teacher to teach students in
Grades 1–10. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, explains concepts clearly, and creates a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach math classes for students in Grades 1–10
- Help students strengthen problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Assign homework when appropriate
- Track student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain a supportive, engaging classroom environment
Qualifications
- Strong math knowledge (Grades 1–10 curriculum)
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or current college student in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, patient, and passionate about education
- Authorized to work in the United States
Work Location
In-person at our classroom in Johns Creek, GA. Candidates must be able to teach on-site.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Weekday afternoons/evenings and/or weekends
- Flexible schedule based on availability
