We’re looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and caring Math Instructors who enjoy helping students build confidence, strengthen their skills, and reach their academic goals. Whether your strengths are in Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, or other areas of math, we’d love to hear from you!
You don’t have to know every math subject to apply, and you don’t need years of teaching experience. If you have a strong foundation in math and a genuine desire to help students succeed, we encourage you to apply!

Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels! You may be an experienced educator, a recent college graduate, a professional with a strong math background, or someone interested in exploring teaching.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
- A strong foundation in one or more areas of mathematics, such as Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, or related subjects.
- A caring, patient, and professional attitude with a genuine commitment to student success.
- Teacher certification or a teaching license is preferred, but not required.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
- All levels of teaching experience are welcome!

About Company
The Huntington Learning Center in La Grange Park is proud to serve the communities of La Grange, La Grange Park, Western Springs, Brookfield, Riverside, Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Lyons, Bellwood, Westchester and parts of Chicago. We have a team of capable, caring professionals that work with students from Kindergarten through high school.
We have an excellent reputation as is evident by the fact that over half of the families that we serve come to us through a friend or family recommendation. We strive to provide each student with the best education possible.
We are proud to provide skill work to students in reading, writing, math, phonics and study skills. We are also home to the premier ACT/SAT program in the area. Our ACT preparation has seen our students average a 4.5 point increase on the exam. 4.5 points! We also provide subject specific tutoring in math and science.
All tutoring is done by certified teachers.
We are proud to be active members of our communities as we are involved with both the La Grange Park Chamber and and West Suburban Chamber of Commerce. We reserve our greatest pride for the hundreds of students that we have helped in the 20 plus years that we have been open.
At the 2018 National Convention, Huntington honored outstanding centers with awards for center growth, student enrollment, customer service and other achievements. Garry Fairfield of the La Grange, IL center was awarded the Commitment to Student Success Award and Executive Chairman’s Club Award for superior customer service.
