Are you a creative, organized, and self-motivated marketing professional looking to build your skills and make a real impact? Pickup Outfitters is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, engage customers, and support our marketing efforts across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career marketing professional who enjoys creating content, managing social media, and supporting local marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other platforms
- Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns
- Update and maintain our Google Business Profile
- Assist with website content updates and blog posts
- Research, coordinate, and help manage local event marketing opportunities
- Support promotional campaigns and community outreach efforts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications, business, or related program preferred
- Basic knowledge of Canva
- Basic video production and video editing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Interest in social media, content creation, and marketing trends
- Interest in trucks, automotive accessories, or the automotive industry is a plus
Compensation
- $17/hour starting pay
- Opportunity for increased earnings as sales performance improves
