Part Time Maintenance - Boynton Beach

A condominium association in Boynton Beach is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the community.

This is a hands-on position requiring a combination of light maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping duties. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 25 Hours Per Week

$25.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform general grounds cleaning, litter removal, and property upkeep.

• Use a blower to clean sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and common areas.

• Operate a golf cart to travel throughout the property as needed.

• Sweep, mop, and empty trash in common areas.

• Clean and maintain laundry rooms, elevators, walls, fans, and stainless-steel surfaces.

• Remove spider webs and dust from light fixtures, building entrances, and walkways.

• Hose down, scrub, and sanitize designated areas as directed.

• Maintain dumpster and recycling areas by removing trash, debris, and landscaping waste.

• Clean and organize storage areas throughout the property.

• Replace light bulbs and sprinkler heads as needed.

• Perform routine lighting inspections throughout the community.

• Trim low branches and remove fallen berries, leaves, and other debris from garden walkways.

• Vacuum and clear A/C condensation lines when assigned.

• Complete additional light maintenance and property upkeep tasks as directed by the Property Manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, groundskeeping, or property care is preferred.

• Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors.

• Ability to operate a blower and drive a golf cart.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Friendly and professional when interacting with residents, visitors, and staff.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept property.

• Ability to professionally direct resident maintenance requests to the management office rather than accepting work orders directly.
