About the Role:MD Healthcare Clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time LVN to join their healthcare team in Pleasant Hill, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed vocational nurse to make a meaningful impact in a patient-centered clinical environment while maintaining a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed by the provider
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories
- Assist with patient intake, assessments, and clinical documentation in EMR systems
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring proper sanitation and supply stocking
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff regarding care plans
- Perform phlebotomy, wound care, and other clinical procedures as needed
Requirements:- Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Previous clinical or outpatient office experience preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
