This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their litigation skills in a flexible, part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the litigation process. The selected candidate will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys to provide top-notch legal services to our clients.Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, preparing clients for depositions, and conducting document review.Draft, review, and argue pre-trial motions, including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and discovery motions.Assist in trial preparation activities, including witness preparation, exhibit preparation, and trial strategy development.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights and legal options.Collaborate with a team of attorneys to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.Stay current on legal trends and case law to provide the most effective representation for our clients.Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar and in good standing.A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.Proven experience in discovery and motion practice.Exceptional legal research and writing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.High degree of professional ethics and integrity.This is a unique opportunity for a litigation attorney seeking a flexible, part-time role that offers challenging work and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
