Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMPay: Average hourly rate of $18.03 per hourJob Type: Full-Time

Work Location: On-site (Not Remote)

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds at arm's length on a continual basis
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, set up, and operate laser cutting machines
  • Program and optimize laser cutting processes
  • Select and adjust materials as needed
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience operating laser cutting machinery preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and safety practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
