JOB RESPONSIBILITIESConduct interviews with candidates via video conferencing toolReview applications for qualification and/or technical skillsUtilize ATS, Google Suite, Calendly, and other tools to keep candidate pipeline organizedKeep your schedule of availability updated in a timely manner, and always show up on time for your interviews (barring an emergency) QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree or higherPrevious professional experience teaching and/or conducting interviewsExperience with HRIS systems a plusConsistently available 10-20 hours each weekHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skillsWillingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlookClearance of all required background checksAs this is a fully remote position, access to a laptop or desktop computer, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet, distraction-free space are required.
