• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists [confirm]
• Introduce the agency in a friendly, professional way
• Set appointments for our insurance sales representatives
• Log calls and follow-ups accurately

• Clear, friendly phone voice and good communication skills
• Comfortable making calls and handling not right now with a smile
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow a script
• Basic computer skills
• Phone, sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus but not required
