About the Role

As a Part-Time Inside Sales Consultant, youll connect with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in Milan through our marketing channels. Your job is to build rapport, understand what theyre looking for, answer questions, and turn that interest into a booked consultation.

Youll connect with leads through phone, text, email, and chat in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. Youll receive the same sales training, coaching, and commission opportunities as our full-time team while working a part-time schedule.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $20.00/hour
• Total Cash Earnings: $22.85+/hour with commission
• Top Performers: $36.00+/hour
• Uncapped commission

Schedule

• 1624 hours per week

• Flexible shift options, including 45 hour shifts and/or 810 hour shifts

• Shift length and schedule will vary based on availability and business needs

• Morning and/or evening availability

• Weekend availability required

• Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Business Hours:

• MondayFriday: 7:30 AM 10:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 10:30 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM 6:30 PM

What Youll Do

• Connect with warm, marketing-generated leads through phone, text, email, and chat
• Convert prospective clients into booked consultations
• Build rapport quickly and confidently explain the value of Milan
• Create excitement and urgency around taking the next step
• Manage multiple conversations and systems in a high-volume environment
• Accurately document client interactions and coordinate scheduling with clinics nationwide
• Meet sales and performance goals
• Use real-time coaching and feedback to continuously improve your results

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of customer service experience

• Sales, appointment-setting, or KPI-driven experience preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence building rapport and asking for the next step

• Ability to type 60+ WPM and navigate multiple systems

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven sales environment

• Coachable, competitive, and motivated by results

• Call center experience preferred
