Job Summary:As an In-Home Care Provider, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. You will provide a range of non-medical and personal care services—from companionship and daily support to end-of-life care—tailored to meet each client's unique needs with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Requirements
o Must be at least 18 years of age.
o High school diploma or GED.
o Current Oregon Driver’s license and auto insurance
Pass a state required background check and drug screening
Physical ability to complete the demands of the job.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
Support clients with personal care and hygiene.
Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
Assist clients with shopping and errands.
Perform light housekeeping duties.
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment properly.
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA protocol.
