Part Time Human Resources Assistant/ Receptionist

Duties/Responsibilities:

• HRIS entry, report writing, etc. (UKG – Ultipro knowledge a plus)
• Timekeeping entry, corrections, report writing, etc.
• Assist employees with questions, life changes, etc.
• Assist with orientation process.
• Assist Recruiting Manager with job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• May assist and maintain annual training for all staff.
• Assist and maintain required certification records for staff.
• Adhere to high level of confidentiality and maintain outstanding rapport with team members throughout the organization.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Other duties as required and/or assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, specifically advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and benefits databases.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
• Effective planning and priority setting.
• Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines; excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Proven ability to work without direct supervision.
• As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA/BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN regulations and maintain associated workplace trainings.
