About Our Family

We are an active household looking for a trusted Household Manager & Family Assistant who can help bring more calm, consistency, and organization to our everyday lives. With our two young children (2- and 6-year-old) and dog, a growing list of activities and commitments, and all of the details required to keep a home running smoothly, we are looking for someone who can step in as a reliable team player to stay on top of our growing to-do list. Like many busy families, we find that the small tasks add up quickly. Keeping the house reset, staying on top of laundry, managing errands, preparing healthy meals, and handling the many behind-the-scenes details can become overwhelming alongside work and family responsibilities.

The right person will play an important role in helping our household run smoothly by taking ownership of the daily responsibilities that create the most mental load. We are looking for someone who enjoys making life easier for others and takes pride in creating a home environment that feels organized and cared for. Whether it is preparing dinner, managing household inventory, caring for our family pet, or making sure the home feels refreshed at the end of the day, your support will have a meaningful impact on our day-to-day life.

We value professionalism, reliability, and clear communication. Our home has established routines and systems that work well for our family, and we are looking for someone who will take the time to understand how we operate and support those systems. This role is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in creating order, anticipating needs, and building a long-term family partnership.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are a highly reliable, proactive household professional who takes pride in being the person a family can count on. You naturally notice details, anticipate needs, and follow through consistently. You understand that the greatest value you provide is not simply completing tasks, but creating more ease and reducing the mental load for the family you support. You are organized, efficient, and comfortable managing many moving pieces at once, from household resets and errands to meal preparation, family logistics, and pet care.

You enjoy creating structure and consistency, and you understand that every household has its own systems, preferences, and rhythms. You take the time to learn how a family operates so that your ideas and improvements land well once trust is built. You are confident in your abilities, and you bring that confidence together with genuine listening, so the family always feels heard and respected in their own home. You bring ideas and solutions when they're helpful, always in a collaborative spirit. You work alongside the family, building on their systems and finding the best path forward together.

You have strong professional boundaries and understand that trust is built through reliability, consistency, and communication. You are punctual, dependable, and proactive about communicating if something unexpected arises. You do not need constant direction, but you understand the importance of keeping the family informed and aligned. You are warm, calm, and comfortable supporting a busy household with children and a family pet. You are willing to jump in wherever needed and are excited about building a long-term relationship where your support helps the family feel more organized, balanced, and supported.
