Part-time house keeper

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time housekeeping role, for our short term rentals. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces while providing consistent support in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and maintain routine cleaning tasks throughout the condos, including dusting, sweeping, mopping,     vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Restock supplies as needed and notify the appropriate contact when items are low.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and tidy environment.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with site procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety issues.
• Complete assigned duties efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and reaching during the shift.
• Good communication skills and a professional, courteous approach.
• Must have a drivers license and a reliable transportation source.
