Part-Time Home Cleaner / ecotech
Location: 6001 Lakeside Avenue, Unit 7, Henrico, VA 23228Pay: $17.00/hr + bonuses. Paid weekly.Hours: Part-time (15–20 hrs/wk), Monday–Friday within an 8:30 AM–5:00 PM window. No nights or weekends.We are seeking a dynamic, diverse crew of applicants from all backgrounds and walks of life to join our eco-focused team!
What to Expect
- Variable Hours: Our work is project-based, meaning daily completion times vary. You must have full window availability on your scheduled workdays to accommodate the daily workload.
- Travel: Ride in a provided company vehicle (our Lead ecotech drives; gas and maintenance are covered).
What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes using non-toxic green products and commercial gear.
- Follow structured systems to maintain high quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates.

Requirements
- Reliable transport to our Lakeside Ave office.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Pass a background check.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to bend, kneel, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time and move safely in different home environments.
