Part-time HHA / CNA needed for short shifts (2 to 3 hours) in near East Orlando area

**Pay Range:** $17 - $20 per hour

We are looking for a caregiver in or near the east Orlando area to care for our male veteran client on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4 PM to 6 PM. You will also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts. Current CNA license or HHA certification preferred but not a deal-breaker - we will train. Must be patient and have a heart for serving - that part is non-negotiable. Must be OK with dogs. Current CPR and Level 2 background screening with AHCA are a MUST. In this role, you will assist our client with daily living activities and light housekeeping, contributing to an environment that enhances both emotional and physical well-being. Responsibilities

• Assist client with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support client in daily living activities and mobility.
• Communicate effectively with client, family members, and healthcare professionals, if required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with light housekeeping.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in elder caregiving.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current eligible-status Level 2 background screening with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration).
