The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' beauty and confidence through expert hair styling and grooming services. Duties- Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling (e.g., wash-and-sets) tailored to client preferences.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each resident's hair care needs and preferences.
- Ensure a comfortable, relaxing, and compassionate experience for all residents including those with mobility challenges.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
Requirements- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and related services.
- Proficiency in hair coloring techniques and knowledge of color theory.
- Experience with senior clients is strongly preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices within a personal care environment.
