The Greeter delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet every customer that walks in with a smile
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers
- Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
- Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- No experience required
- Good communication and people skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Willing and able to work a very flexible, part-time schedule that may span Monday through Saturday during seasonal peak periods
