Located just 30 minutes north of IU Bloomington, Bradford Woods is Indiana Universitys Outdoor Center, set on 2,500 acres of wooded land with a 110-acre lake. Our private property hosts over 400 programs annually, ranging from retreats and events to environmental education programs.
With free parking, beautiful surroundings, and the chance to work in a unique outdoor environment, Bradford Woods offers a one-of-a-kind experience for both staff and visitors.
Job Summary
The General Food Service Worker plays a vital role in supporting kitchen operations and delivering high-quality food service. This position includes a variety of responsibilities such as dishwashing, food preparation, cooking, and assisting cooks as needed. Team members work collaboratively to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment while ensuring meals are prepared and served to the highest standards.

Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to remain stationary for extended periods and perform light to medium physical tasks in hot working conditions. Duties involve using kitchen equipment and tools, moving supplies weighing 15-30 pounds, and demonstrating effective communication skills. Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene is essential. The ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, is required.

Advertised Salary
$12.25 - 15.50 per hour, based on position
Work Hours
Between 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Sunday - Saturday with flexible scheduling based on availability.
