As a Front of House Team Member / Dining Room Ambassador, you will play a vital role in delivering remarkable hospitality. This position combines guest-facing responsibilities such as taking orders, serving meals, and providing attentive dining room service with maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant.

This is a year-round, part-time opportunity and you are expected to be able to either work opening hours to closing hours. Team members who demonstrate strong performance and complete training may have opportunities for additional hours or full-time employment.

What You''ll Do

No two shifts are exactly the same. Responsibilities may include:

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately at the front counter, drive-thru, or on handheld tablets.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in the dining room with speed and accuracy.
• Anticipate guest needs by providing refills, clearing tables, offering high chairs, and assisting families.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dining room, beverage station, condiment areas, restrooms, patios, and guest-facing areas.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean, safe, and inviting throughout the day.
• Restock supplies and communicate maintenance or cleanliness concerns to leadership.
• Work alongside fellow team members to provide fast, accurate service during busy meal periods.
• Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Represent the Chick-fil-A brand by creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus).
• Have at least one year of work experience preferred (hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required).
• Be available to work Monday through Saturday between 5:30AM-11:00 PM
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Be able to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds.
• Communicate effectively in English.
