Key Responsibilities:- Greet residents and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide general community information
- Assist with amenity reservations and resident services
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Support HOA staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or HOA experience a plus
- Comfortable with basic computer programs and office equipment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Ability to work independently and multitask
