Location: Goshen, IN. (100% onsite)
Schedule: Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week
Salary: $47,840.00 to $58,240.00

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks

• Support finance and accounting team members with daily operations

• Enter and maintain accurate financial and employee data

• Prepare reports, documentation, and spreadsheets as needed

• Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and audit support
• 
  
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department
• 
  
• Handle other special projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 
  
• Previous experience in payroll, accounting, finance, or administrative support preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee and financial information

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
