They have a strong focus on overall wellness, implementing holistic and functional medicine techniques into a traditional primary care model. They currently employ 1 physician, 2 nurse practitioners, and 1 physician assistant, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative personnel. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Serve as a primary care provider, addressing a range of symptoms and concerns involving overall health and well-being.The practice’s services include, but are not limited to:- comprehensive primary care- women’s healthcare- minor procedures- vaccinations- nutrition- family planning- exercise and obesity counselingWhile the practice sees patients of all ages and demographics, approximately 75% of their patients are women ages 24 to 65. Providers see an average of 22 patients per day.
