MCSRC Faculty Development Specialist (Part-Time)
Position Summary
The Maryland Clinical Simulation Resource Consortium (MCSRC) is seeking a dynamic and collaborative part-time faculty member in the role of Development Specialist to support statewide simulation-based education initiatives. This part-time faculty member will work closely with the MCSRC Faculty Lead/Project Director to support the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of faculty development programs and simulation initiatives across Maryland nursing education programs.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in simulation-based education, faculty development, and project collaboration, with the flexibility to contribute across a variety of educational and operational initiatives. Responsibilities may include teaching and facilitating courses, assisting with curriculum and resource development, supporting emerging initiatives, participating in strategic planning activities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advance MCSRC goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, certification and/or experience that provides the required knowledge and expertise to perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
