Ability to lift and transport event materials (minimum 25 lbs.; up to 45 lbs. as needed).Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Event Specialist, Promotional Representative, or in community outreach. Experience with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and customer engagement. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese preferred; Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Tagalog are highly desirable.Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and extended event shifts ranging from 4.5 to 10 hours. Familiarity with event logistics, reporting, and marketing support.Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Client Brand Ambassador at community and promotional events throughout Southern California. Support a minimum of six (6) events per year, with assignments scheduled on weekdays and/or weekends based on business needs. Drive to the designated event locker to pick up event equipment, transport materials to the event site, complete setup, manage event activities, dismantle displays, and return equipment after the event. Travel to event locations across Southern California; approved time, mileage, and when applicable, hotel and meal expenses will be reimbursed for qualifying events. Engage with customers by educating them about client programs and services while providing exceptional customer service. Partner with internal teams, third-party representatives, and community organizations to support successful outreach initiatives. Assist with event logistics, attendee engagement, demonstrations, and post-event feedback collection. Maintain a professional image while ensuring all event equipment and materials are handled safely and efficiently.
