CXI Trucking is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Office/Billing Clerk to join our team.
What You''ll Do:
- Check in drivers and review BOLs & PODs
- Review and organize billing paperwork
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Perform data entry
- Scan and index documents
- Process COD shipments
- Work closely with Dispatch and Operations
- Assist with general office duties
What We''re Looking For:
- Billing or auditing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
