PART-TIME EDUCATION CONSULTANT Back-to-School Season (June – September)
*This position is remote with travel. Candidates on the Eat Coast and in Texas are encouraged to apply.
POSITION OVERVIEW The Education Consultant provides post-sales support and implementation guidance to educators (PK–5 Phonics & Math) and school partners. This role delivers professional learning experiences, supports product implementation, and helps drive customer success and satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Post-Sales Support (In-person and occasional virtual sessions)
Deliver implementation support sessions and professional learning modules using a variety of formats, including hands-on sessions, demonstrations, lectures, videos, webinars, and interactive workshops
Provide supporting materials and collateral related to products and curriculum topics
Collaborate to develop presentations and training materials
Demonstrate digital products and resources effectively
Support customer engagement to improve product implementation and drive sales
Implementation Support (In-person and occasional virtual sessions)
Lead webinars and training sessions for print and digital product implementation
Support customer onboarding and digital outreach initiatives
Follow up with customers regarding digital product usage and success
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing support
Perform other related duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required (Education major preferred)
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a classroom educator or related education professional (e.g., guidance counselor)
Prior experience as an educational consultant preferred
Knowledge & Expertise:
Demonstrated expertise in English Language Arts and Mathematics
Strong knowledge of the K–12 education market
Ability to present both print and digital products effectively across multiple delivery formats

Excellent presentation and group facilitation abilities
Skilled trainer, coach, and negotiator

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 50% (regional, national, and international), including overnight stays, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, virtual conferencing tools, and CRM/ERP systems
