    The ideal candidate for this position under the supervision of the Student Services Analyst will play a key role in supporting student success for participants in programs such as Dual Enrollment, Achieving a College Education (ACE), and Hoop of Learning (HOL). This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the study lab, providing academic support services, coordinating tutoring and enrichment activities, and fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment for high school students enrolled in college-level courses.

    In addition to academic support, this position will assist with the student enrollment process. Services include recruitment, admissions, placement testing, financial aid information, academic advising, registration, and referrals to related support services. This position collaborates closely with internal departments and community partners to ensure students receive the guidance and resources needed to successfully transition into and through college.

    Essential Functions

    • Oversees the Early Outreach Study Lab, coordinating academic support, tutoring, enrichment activities, faculty collaboration, student progress tracking, and outreach.
    • Supports prospective, new, and continuing students with advising, admissions, registration, financial aid, recruitment, retention, and other student services.
    • Represents GateWay Community College at recruitment events, workshops, presentations, and information sessions for students, families, and K-12 partners, including coordinating on- and off-campus events.
