What You’ll Do: 

• Empower Independence:
  • Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
• Build Meaningful Connections:
  • Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
• Promote Safety & Wellbeing:
  • Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate for Impact:
  • Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Advocate with Heart:
  • Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
  • Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.

Who You Are: 

A compassionate, patient individual who finds joy in helping others.
Reliable, observant, and committed to creating a positive impact.
Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques.
Over 18 years old with a clean background and strong communication skills

Total Rewards:

• Earn a guaranteed base rate of $15.50/hour, with scheduled pay raises as you hit key milestones and referral bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 2 pm to 6 pm
