Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain records and data in spreadsheets and company databases.
- Organize, sort, and verify data for accuracy and completeness prior to entry.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze, clean, and format datasets.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative and operational data needs are met.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excel Expertise: Strong, demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel (data formatting, formulas, sorting/filtering) is required.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in alphanumeric data entry and record-keeping.
