Overview:
As a Part-Time Traveling Customer Service Specialist, you will travel among nearby branch locations and be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers a great insight into the world of banking and wealth management to build a foundation for a career in financial services.
This role requires travel to different locations.
Hours: 25-30 hours per week, rotating Saturday availability (9:00 - 12:00 PM).
What You'll Do:
Day in the Life - Every day you will work face-to-face with clients in a branch location, manage a cash drawer, assist clients and team members, uncover needs, and educate clients on German American products and services. As mentioned this role includes working at multiple branches as needed, meeting a variety of customer and working with different retail branch teams. In this role, you will help clients by verifying account information and performing loan and deposit transactions, as well as guide them when they are not sure where to go next by engaging in friendly, meaningful conversations.

To thrive in this role you must maintain confidentiality, listen closely to understand, identify opportunities to better serve the customer, and be willing and able to travel among nearby branch locations, which will both build and strengthen long-lasting relationships. We will teach you everything else.
