Part Time Customer Service Sales Associate

Beatriz Ball is looking for a Customer ServiceSales Associate who will play a key role in our wholesale and direct to consumer gift and tabletop division by supporting our nationwide sales reps, retailers and consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Customer Service Associate with administrative tasks such as, processing orders, order entry and managing customer inquiries from our sales team and specialty retailers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Work in our accounting software for answering questions on orders and order entry and engage with Shopify wholesale and direct to consumer websites

Beatriz Ball’s roots in design go back over 30 years, when the Cuban-born designer began working hand-in-hand with skilled metalware artisans on the outskirts of Mexico City, creating updated, innovative designs in a special lustrous alloy of many metals. We sell beautiful products, (bowls, trays, frames, stemware, placemats, linens) to both retail stores and direct to the consumer.
