Licensing Requirements

An active license is not required to apply. The selected candidate must be willing and able to obtain both Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses and complete the required training and exams.

A successful State Farm independent agent is looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional to join the team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative.

No insurance experience or active license is required to apply. Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience is important, along with basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Help customers with policy questions, billing, coverage, and policy changes.
• Provide friendly, professional service by phone and email.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service requests.
• Learn insurance products and help customers understand their coverage options.
• Work with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort using computers and learning new software.
• A dependable, positive attitude and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and obtain the required insurance licenses.

Schedule

Part-time hours. Specific days and schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
