We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our clients while helping keep our office running smoothly. • Base salary starts at $20.00 per hour with bonus opportunities on top

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with professionalism and care
• Schedule and confirm insurance policy review appointments
• Conduct outbound calls regarding late payments and account follow-ups
• Process customer payments and provide basic account assistance
• Maintain accurate client records and update agency systems
• Support client retention through outreach, thank-you notes, and birthday cards

• Prior customer service experience
• Active Insurance Licenses preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 90 days of start date
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming phone demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn agency software
• Positive, dependable team player with a customer-first mindset
