  • Part- Time Customer Service Representative\n \nTransdev in Hillburn, NY is hiring a Customer Service Representativeto act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.\n \nTransdev is proud to offer:\n \n+ Competitive compensation package of minimum $20.00/hour \u2013 Maximum $22.00/hour\n \nBenefits include:\n \n+ Sick Days:Employes immediately accrue sick leave one hour per every 30 hours.(NY sick Leave Law\n \n+ Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.\n \nBenefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n \n+ Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.\n \n+ Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures\n \n+ Meet or exceed established performance requirements.\n \n+ Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.\n \n+ Other duties as required.\n \nQualifications:\n \n+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.\n \n+ Computer literate\n \n+ Excellent customer service skills.\n \n+ Ability to operate standard telephone system.\n \n+ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
