Emprime Solutions LLC is looking for a reliable and professional Concierge to provide excellent service to residents and guests while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming property.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents and guests with general requests.
- Sort and organize packages by building and apartment number.
- Keep the package room clean and organized.
- Maintain and restock coffee stations.
- Restock dog treats, gym towels, wipes, and other amenity supplies.
- Wash, fold, and restock gym towels.
- Monitor supplies and notify management when items are running low.
- Return shared equipment to its designated location.
- Complete and sign the daily checklist.
- Report property needs or concerns to management.
Schedule
Monday–Sunday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
The schedule will be shared among approximately 3 employees, with each employee working 2–3 days per week.
Qualifications
- Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous concierge, hospitality, customer service, or property experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a clean and organized environment.
