Unlike facility-based positions, our Home Care team allows you to build lasting relationships with clients while providing care in a comfortable, one-on-one setting. Pay & Shift Differentials- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs): $15.26–$15.79/hour, based on experience
- In-Home Aides: $14.25–$14.78/hour, based on experience
- Additional $1.00/hour for weekend shifts
- Additional $1.00/hour for shifts that are two hours or less
- Additional $1.00/hour when caring for couples

Responsibilities- Follow individualized care plans and provide high-quality client-centered care
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, mobility, transfers, and eating
- Support dietary and nutritional needs
- Assist with meal preparation, meal pick-up, and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Escort clients to appointments and activities on or off campus
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate documentation according to agency standards
Qualifications- Active CNA certification in good standing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely provide hands-on personal care and assistance with mobility
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
