ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues.
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
- Implement/enforce house rules.
- Transport clients with company vehicle.
- Supervise clients on outings.
- Group facilitation.
- Maintain cleanliness of facility.
- Ensure necessary documentation is complete.
- Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- REQUIRED: Must have a valid Idaho Driver’s License in good standing.
- REQUIRED: Must be minimum 21 years of age.
- REQUIRED: Must pass background check.
- REQUIRED: Must pass drug screening.
- REQUIRED: Must be able to climb up and down stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+lbs
- Enhanced Clearance with Idaho Health & Welfare (preferred- will be required to obtain)
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred- will be required to obtain)
- Current TB test (will be required to obtain)

SCHEDULES
- We are hiring PRN staff for the overnight shifts. We run 12 hour shifts 6p-6a.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekend availability required
Please Note: Overnight positions are awake shifts. Staff are required to remain awake and alert throughout the entire shift to provide continuous supervision.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person Boise, Idaho
