Veron's Supermarket is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Cashier to provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile.
- Accurately operate the cash register and process transactions.
- Bag groceries with care.
- Keep checkout areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist customers with questions and carry-outs when needed.
- Help stock merchandise and complete light cleaning during slower periods.
- Work as a team to keep the store running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive attitude with great customer service skills.
- Honest, dependable, and punctual.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
