Job Summary
Lots of Love Homecare is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Our aides play a vital role in improving the quality of life for seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living.
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 2 hours per visit 7a-9a
This position offers the potential for additional hours and future client assignments based on attendance, reliability, performance, and client satisfaction. Caregivers who consistently demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and excellent work ethic will be given priority for expanded opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to management
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands if required
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, or CNA preferred but not required. Will train the right person
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
